A 2024 study of 1,686 public safety personnel found that mental health training increased knowledge and reduced stigma toward coworkers facing mental health challenges.

That's progress worth celebrating.

🔥 🇨🇦 This wildfire season has been a powerful reminder of just how small we are in the face of nature's force.

With more than 950 wildfires currently burning and roughly 3,900 fires having consumed approximately three million hectares of land from coast to coast, the scale of this year's wildfire season is difficult to comprehend.
