I need your help!!
On Feb 3 I go to court for sentencing. I asked a few months ago if anyone would be willing to write me a character reference, or a letter explaining how I helped you with ; medical ma*****na (there were many that received it for free due to severe medical problems and couldn't afford it), life problems /maybe I gave you a job or gave your band a start or bought your bands merch so you could keep going or fed you or helped you move or listened and gave support when you were scared or depressed, helped you get off alcohol or hard drugs(there were quite a few of you, you know who you are), helped us raise over 7500 kilos of food to the food bank or helped you raise money for a number of charities, gave you a safe place to chill, had Your back when s**t hit the fan, etc. etc. I only received a handful of letters, thank you, and promises of ones to come. Well it's my last chance to get them into the judges hands THIS WEDNESDAY JANUARY 25!!!!

PLEASE this can make a big difference for my case. It doesn't have to be formal, just state your experience, your name, your email. Of course as much information as possible is better, judge reading it.., but anything is better than nothing.
If anyone wants to come to the courthouse on Feb 3 to show support, that would also be appreciated.
I have pleaded guilty to most of the charges already, ya I did it, no denying it, I knew it was illegal and knew the consequences. I've used ma*****na to help me endure Crohn's disease (many surgeries), for most of my life. I tried "conventional"doctor prescribed pharmaceutical therapy. I continued to have surgeries AND now side effects from the pharmaceuticals, that were almost as bad as the Crohn's. My liver swole up because of the amount of drugs it was processing. Ma*****na had been the only thing that had actually made me feel better, so I discontinued the pharmaceuticals, Increased my ma*****na consumption and have been waiting in hope that Doctors will find a better alternative to treating Crohn's disease.
My Dad helped me finance, open and run The Studio Music Foundation non profit organization until he passed away, a year later. All the while I'm meeting more and more people that have health problems, many even life threatening, that are in need of Medical ma*****na. How do you tell a 60yr old husband of a cancer patient that you can't help him get som**hing for his wife. One thing led to another and I rented an office space in the upstairs of the same building as The Studio Music Foundation and opened an "underground" compassion club dispensary. IT WAS TOTALLY SEPARATE FROM THE STUDIO MUSIC FOUNDATION in every way! So many people needed help that we were able to start giving away ma*****na and ma*****na infused products to those that were actually dying from their illness and needed some relief. So then how do I tell the 20+ year old that has alcohol or crack or m**h problems that I can't help them out with some to help kick the bad stuff. Or the ones with depression or anxiety or sore from an injury, or the ones that it just makes them feel better. So it worked on a sliding scale, the worse off you were physically and financially, the cheaper it was. No one got rich, we paid our bills and tried to help as much as we could. Sept. 11 2014 the dispensary was raided and I was arrested and charged. In the last year it has become reality that we can all get medical ma*****na legally, for almost any reason, mailed right to our door, at rates that are getting cheaper and cheaper by the month. I lost almost everything. I have been home with my baby girl, Harmony, since October 2014, full time until September 2016, 1/2 the time since. She is my whole world.
