Unfortunately, my intention of doing a USPS run last week was waylaid by the stress and sheer chaos of trying to sell our home while moving into our new one. All while in the thick of hockey playoffs for my son's first season of junior hockey

18 years here, and we sure have accumulated a lot of memories and STUFF!!

It has been complete chaos trying to get ready for the move tomorrow, and I (hilariously) thought I could seek away for an afternoon to ship everyone's packages. (Insert crazy laugh here)

We move tomorrow, and luckily I have a week off before starting my new job on the 8th! So with that said, all PAID (there are still 2 outstanding) invoices will be shipped on Thursday APRIL 4.

I do apologize and appreciate everyone's patience as I navigate this monumental change in our lives.

Thank you all for being such amazing customers...I can't do what I do without you!

Not my usual content...

22 years ago, I was just a couple weeks into my first year of high school when the 9/11 attacks happened.

I remember my teacher wheeling in one of those carts with a TV from the AV room. We were dicking around as we do while he frantically turned on the news. He said to us, "something very big is happening, and it's important that you're quiet and you listen to this."
So we did, and most of us wouldn't understand in that moment what was happening.
It was so big that parents were picking up their kids from school. There was so much uncertainty, and I think about it now as a parent, and I couldn't imagine.

The devastation that the world witnessed over the days, weeks, months, and now years that this event caused still gives me chills.

It makes me sad knowing a nation was brought together over something so awful.

That nation is now so divided.
In my opinion, America is broken.

I can not believe as a human being and a mother that people are being so mistreated. A nation that was once so connected is now a very scary place for many people.

Like I said, it's not my usual content, but something weighing heavy on my mind today.

Tell people you love them, and show your gratitude and appreciation. Protect and fiercely love your children.
Nothing is promised, and live your life.
