So I've started another side venture, something that might speak to some of you.
After having my second son, I found I was burning out around 3pm everyday, a nap would have done the trick, but you know how possible that is with two kids lol! I was spending the rest of the day, binging on carbs and chocolate to get me to the end of the day.
I approached a friend and started using protein shakes...at first it was just for the weight loss...but the energy I got from just balancing out protein throughout the day (10 and 3 for me) made a huge difference!
I wish I had started making this a part of my life earlier! Now, that I'm back at work, again these protein shakes are a life saver...easy energy, keeps me going till supper time!
I don't always use them, but for work days and workOUT days they are an absolute necessity!

I'm sorry I don't post prices...it really depends so much on the fabric you choose for your custom order....cottons can range from $7-25 meter and soft backing can range from $10-30...so it's really hard to say.
