Made it to the runway!!

A few shots back from the Annual Fashion Show with NBCCD in April - this was the first year for textiles to showcase our work + super grateful for this opportunity and connections made!

Had an EPIC time at the 26th Annual NBCCD Fashion Show this past Saturday. What a way to end off the last few years. Had the honor of walking the runway with some serious talent and awesome humans. Extremely grateful and happy to say 2 of my pieces are sold!!🙏🏽🎉💛

Out of the 26 years this was the first time ever that the Textiles studio was invited in. Pretty dang special!

I'll have more of these jackets coming down the line. So stay tuned ...

Made from my weaved cloth + hand splattered, the backs are re-purposed leather with sterling silver jumprings & hooks. Each pair are different + unique. Made in small batch with the purpose of one of a kind in mind!
$55 + shipping (which they should fit letter mail standards :) )

I've been up to a thing or two lately.

Current in the middle of my 2nd year at NBCCD textile design diploma + atm the annual craft sale 3 day event here in Fredericton, NB.

It's been wild + I'm really excited to get back to sharing what I've been up to and what's available for new designs and creations. I'm in love with weaving so adding that into my repertoire of what I do ♡

Looking forward to a season of weaving over here at NBCCD !!! This is my first solo weave, I just wanted to explore and play... brought in some of my own wool stash, fi*****ng weights, mohair, some NZ bossy from my favorite indie supplier Prosper Yarns ... some dk, basically whatever I wanted! Explorations and sampling has turned into my favorite thing. I used to hate it, didn't see the point in it and doing gauge ....now I get it lol 🥰🙌🏽🕸✨️

Just a lil clip from the 'Artisans in the Greenhouse' at a local nursery here in Fredericton! What a fantastic afternoon!!

Well. It's been a minute or a million! Thought I'd fire this page back up because, why not.

A lots been happening, I've shifted over to the East Coast for awhile. Decided to go for it and live out my teenage dream of going to art school. So I'm deep in it right now + best decision ever.

Looking forward to reconnecting with you all + showing off what textile shenanigans I get up to cuz inspiration is better when it's shared and its time for community again ~🖤🌿🙏🏼

Gawd I love sweater weather. . .
I've got a few more if these in some fun colours I'll be sharing as the week goes on. I showed my dad some of the photos I took and he's like, " its an outdoor sweater" and laughed... so with that being said, thats exactly what I'm calling it 🤣 . .
Icelandic rustic orange lopi + a bright multicolored mohair. It's pretty fun. . .
