Welcome to MINI TIPI's page! Our designs are inspired not only by our lifestyles, but also by our proud Canadian and Indigenous heritage to develop a truly unique line of goods that are as practical and useful as they are stylish and beautifully made. All our products are designed, cut and sewn in Quebec, Canada. What began as a small creative endeavour has quickly evolved into a growing, thriving business. In addition to our online shop, MINI TIPI goods are sold at craft markets across Ontario and Quebec as well as through our loyal retailers. If you are a retailer looking to carry MINI TIPI in your shop, please contact us at [email protected]. Trisha Pitura is originally from Sudbury, Ontario and is a member of Nipissing First Nation. She spent all her summers in Dokis First Nation and currently resides in Gatineau, Québec with her three children and husband. Mélanie Bernard was born and raised in Québec City now residing in Gatineau with her family. She is a teacher by profession, and stayed home to raise her two girls. Collaborating with Indigenous artists has allowed MINI TIPI to set themselves apart supporting artists and celebrating culture. It is extremely important to MINI TIPI to give back to the community through donations to local food banks and Indigenous women crisis centers, and sharing products to those in need. GIVING BACK
Giving back to our communities is something we both value personally and is in our hearts naturally. We believe in sharing our resources to benefit and support others by helping rise each other up. We donate our products to organizations who can pass them on to those in need. We give back financially to multiple local organizations and have chosen an indigenous organization in our community that supports women and children. We are very honoured to have worked with our local Food Bank, the Minwaashin Lodge and the Turtle Island Initiative. instagram.com/mini.tipi/
