Cold Cactus is looking for a full-time Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Appin, ON.

If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and get genuine satisfaction from keeping inventory accurate, systems organized, and operations running efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring new inventory is received, processed, priced, tagged, and ready for customers both online and in-store. You’ll also help fulfill online orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly.

⚠️ Please note: This position requires weekday availability plus availability to work every 3rd Saturday.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and become a key member of our team.
