Be kind to your mind, Mental Health Is Real 💚🩷🤍 This track will be released this weekend ⚡

When your anxiety has 47 opinions, your inner voices won't shut up and you're just trying to have a good time.

A little Newfie humour, a little mental chaos and a whole lotta dancing through it.

Sometimes you don't need to figure out what's wrong with ya...

Sometimes ya just need to turn the music up.

Something has been broadcasting from the 709...
I don't know exactly when I first heard it.
Maybe it was always there.

A little static.
A strange voice.
A thought that wouldn't shut up.

I turned that noise into something.
On October 7, I'm opening the transmission.

709 DISEASE.
Premieres on YouTube, Spotify, Apple music and other media platforms.

If you hear the signal...
don't change the channel. 📻
