I always recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry for longevity of my sublimated products. This is a before and after washing in cold water AND dried on regular setting on a Mint colour sweater. Even thrown in the dryer there is VERY minimal fading.
COLD water is a must, however, the dryer can be done if preferred.
