What an honour it was to be part of the 2026 National Special Olympics! ❤️🇨🇦

As if this experience wasn’t already a dream, I had the honour of meeting and chatting with Her Excellency the Right Honourable Louise Arbour — a truly BRILLIANT and inspiring woman.

I was extremely grateful to speak with her about something very close to my heart: the importance of properly fitted sports bras for our athletes. Only then are they able to train and compete with the support they need and without pain. ❤️Traveling with Her Excellency was Lieutenant Governor of Alberta. 🇨🇦 Her Honour the Honourable Salma Lakhani.
To have the opportunity to advocate for these inspiring athletes on a national stage with such accomplished, brilliant, and empowering women is something I will never forget.
My heart is so full. 💞

💞 My heart is SO full, it is absolutely overflowing with LOVE. 💞❤️
I’m here at the Special Olympics Canada National Summer Games in Medicine Hat, with Sue (my bra nurse) doing something that means more to me than I could ever put into words — professionally fitting these incredibly strong, resilient athletes with sports bras so they can compete feeling comfortable, confident, and fully supported. ❤️This is the first time in Canadian History!!!

I have been given an amazing opportunity to travel across Canada and fit these phenomenal athletes with the right sports bras to support them while doing the sports they love. To say I feel like the luckiest woman in the world is an understatement.

My Special Olympians are some of the most magnificent, loving, brave, determined and joyful women I have ever met. They fill my heart in a way that is almost impossible to describe. Being surrounded by their love, excitement and pure happiness makes you look at life differently. 💞
OUR athletes remind us what truly matters in this life — loving one another, celebrating life and finding joy in every moment.

Thank you, Rachel, Vic and Special Olympics Canada, for trusting me and asking me to be part of something so incredibly special that I will take with me for the rest of my life 💞
You have given me one of the greatest gifts of my life.

My heart is full. My life is full. And I will carry these beautiful athletes in my heart forever. 💞❤️ We shine together 🫂
