After pressing about three containers of apples for cider, one container of apple pomace is leftover. That pomace goes to waste. Instead, we are using it to create eco-friendly leather.

Apple is the second most wasted fruit worldwide. As part of our development of a new eco-friendly leather-like material, we are experimenting with apple pomace (post-processed apple waste).
