Moctober continues! 🥾

Another pair of Red Wing Moc Toes leaving the shop with a completely different setup.

We replaced the original wedge soles with leather midsoles, stacked leather heels, and Vibram 100 Fire & Ice soles and heels.

A much more aggressive look with excellent traction and durability, while keeping that classic Red Wing character.

Moctober rolls on.

This pair of Red Wing 1907s came through for a full rebuild and left with a much tougher foundation: natural split welts, steel shanks, leather midsoles, leather heel stacks, and Vibram 100 Fire & Ice soles and heels.

Still unmistakably a Moc Toe, but now built with a more rugged stance and a lot more bite underfoot.

If you were building a pair of 1907s, would you keep the classic wedge or go full lug like this?

Moctober continues 🍂🥾

These Red Wing Moc Toes in Alpine Portage leather already have plenty of character, so we wanted to build a sole package that complemented the colour while giving them a completely different look underfoot.

We kept the original welts and rebuilt them with new leather midsoles, leather heel stacks, and olive Dainite studded soles and heels for a clean, understated finish with plenty of grip and durability.

The olive-on-olive combination feels subtle, rugged, and incredibly well matched to the Alpine Portage leather.

Would you keep these tonal like we did, or go with a contrasting sole colour? 👇

Moctober is in full swing 🍂🥾

These Red Wing 875s in Oro Legacy leather said goodbye to their classic wedge soles and hello to a setup built for harsh northern winters, without losing that clean, sexy heritage look.

We kept the original welts and rebuilt them with new leather midsoles, leather heel stacks, and Vibram 100 Honey lug soles and heels for serious traction, durability, and a more elevated profile.

Same iconic Moc Toe. Completely different attitude.

Is this the ultimate comfort and performance sole combination?

We recrafted this pair of Red Wing 1907s using their original welts, adding new leather midsoles, a cushioned Cloud rubber wedge, and a Vibram 1276 Sierra outsole.

You get the soft, cushioned feel of a wedge sole with the grip, durability, and performance of a lug outsole. The best of both worlds.

A repair worthy of a GUIDI.

This GUIDI Q15 Medium Crossbody Bag is made from beautifully soft black horse leather, but the original zipper had failed. We carefully removed it and installed a brand new RiRi R8 metal zipper, keeping the repair clean and true to the bag’s original look.

A premium bag deserves premium hardware.

Most people never see what happens inside a pair of boots.

Before they can be rebuilt, everything has to come apart piece by piece.

Old soles, nails, layers, glue. All stripped away until there’s almost nothing left.

And somehow, taking them apart is just as satisfying as putting them back together.

These Irish Setters came in for a serious rebuild.

We removed the original plastic welts, stripped the boots right down and rebuilt them from the ground up with new leather storm welts, double leather midsoles, a custom white Christy wedge and tan Vibram Sierra outsoles.

A pretty massive transformation that should give these boots a whole new life.
