Feeling myself today🤍 I’ve started to look back at this year and I am so happy for what I’ve accomplished in my self love journey. It’s the first year I’ve not gotten the winter blues (or not yet at least😂) but I am so happy with every little progress! You may be having one of the toughest weeks in your life. Everything was probably very cloudy and maybe you had some days where you could not get out of bed. We want you to know first and foremost how special you are, and we see you okay? We know you feel you cannot get through this and that you feel your world is coming down on you, but we know one day you’ll look back and tell yourself how proud you are for making it through when you wanted to give up. So, hang in there, you are so important to this world!! Finally, we wanted to share with you this poster from sistercody. Repeat this to yourself if you feel like doing it (it’s a good exercise 😋)

Today I choose to live in my heart, not in my mind. I choose to be grateful because I am alive.I will not dwell on the past nor worry what’s next. I will take care of myself and try my best. If a moment comes where I feel weak , I will stop what I am doing and remember to breathe.
