🚶‍♀️Join artist Mike Burt, the creative force behind the Halifax Mural Festival for a Guided Mural Walk featuring the amazing murals that have transformed Quinpool Road. Hear about the artists and what the inspiration was behind their creations, what techniques were used and learn more about the impact these murals and others like them have on the community.

🧑‍🦽Walk will take place Saturday May 2nd starting at 2:00pm outside Dilly Dally Cafe (6100 Quinpool Road) and end at the Oxford Taproom. It will take approximately an hour and a half and will go ahead, rain or shine!

🚶‍➡️Jane’s Walk is an annual festival of free, community-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs, who believed cities should be fun, and changed urban planning forever. It encourages people to share stories about their neighbourhoods, discover unseen aspects of their communities, and use walking as a way to connect with their neighbours.
