Hey Halifax! Join us on Friday May 15th at 6pm for a Shakeout Run to kick off the 2026 Race Weekend!! We’ve teamed up with to put on a 3km & 5km fun run, with leaders and sweepers so no one gets lost/left behind! We think whatever pace you run at is great, come on out!

Here’s a few details to look forward too:
- We’ll have a demo fleet of Brooks shoes to try on the run 👟
- Awesome door prizes
- Free non-alc beverages 🍻
- The Blue Nose Aerobics First Pacers will be there, meet them and find your pace! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Demo shoes from , sunglasses to test (and win) from , and even some products for you to try! are taking you around our 5k route, while and Myles will be in attendance! New 5k route heading up Vernon street, while the 10 and 15k are detoured down to Young to avoid the ongoing construction. Detailed routes are available on our Strava!

The weather is looking great for this Sunday’s Bagel Run! And we are excited to host again, this time to test out the new Endorphin Azura! Some of our friends from will be heading up the beginner 5k, and we will have the crew there to help hype us up with some tunes! Routes have been adjusted slightly due to construction, so please check them out in advance and pay close attention during the briefing!
