Many congratulations to the incredible Victoria Black on her wedding! I am honoured to have been given not one, but three amazing projects from her to get ready for her beautiful day!
✨ I created a custom bodice overlay for her ceremony look, as well as a ballroom bustle.
✨ She gave me her mother's wedding gown that I completely restructured for her to wear as a reception dress.
✨ As a secret third project, I made and customized a robe with the remainder of her mother's wedding gown appliques as a wonderful keepsake for her mom!
Working with her was a wonderful experience, and I wish her and her new husband nothing but the best!

Another custom sleeve leaving my studio! This bride didn't like the existing Juliette sleeves the gown came with, so we preserved the appliques and sourced some matching tulle to create these effortless off-shoulder sleeves! 🪡 Bride is in love with them, and so am I!

I get asked a lot how long it takes me to do the work, or how difficult and tedious it can be. And yes it can take me days and all of my brain power sometimes. But it's ALWAYS worth it when the bride is glowing because she's finally wearing a gown that truly fits 🪡

If you plan to wear your gown all night long, it's highly recommended you talk to your alteration specialist about a bustle. It's a stylized yet functional way to bring your train off the ground and dance the night away without worrying about damage or dirt. These are just two examples of what is possible with a bridal train!

Huge belated congratulations to Katharine on her amazing day! 💍✨
This beautiful bride got her gown from consignment collection, and came to me for alterations. We worked together to create a beautiful open back with a cute little custom bow, adjusted for fit, as well as a hem and french bustle. 🎀 I also had the honour to work on her bridesmaids dresses for fit as well! We had a wonderful time, and I wish her nothing but happiness! Thank you for sharing these with me!

Wedding professionals can be costly, but the price is not without reason.
