Why does Big & Tall mean big in price?

I've been victim to this style of pricing for most of my life. Most of these products are coming out of the same shops in South east Asia that every other brand comes out of.

I'm working hard to make sure that the pricing can be sustainable for the actual guys that will wear Boilers & Biceps - no $75 t-shirts here. 🤞

The fit is getting closer.

Now the graphics need to stop looking like they were made by a robot after three beers... Even if it is a fun robot.

AI helped get the idea moving fast, but the first drop needs real artwork, real character, and designs guys would actually wear.

Funny is good. Cheap looking isn’t.

Not too thick, not too thin. Fair price and a solid fit.

I'm just one vote. I may have to send this one to production and let the crowd decide.

Testing the local option.

Does it matter to you where the shirt is made?

I love to support local, but I plan to sell this brand in multiple countries. I'm not sure if I can do that with this Canadian made brand. What do you think of the fit?

Don't you hate when this happens?

I had high hopes for this one from the online size guide and product description, but the real life result? Well...

This just isn't going to cut it for a Boiler Cut.

Turns out it might be the DTF.

That plastic feeling I was noticing on the sample seems to be coming from the print method, not the shirt itself.

DTF may be easier for print-on-demand, but I don’t want these shirts feeling like someone glued a sticker to your chest.

So next test is DTG.

DTF = Direct to Film
DTG = Direct to Garment

Still learning. Still testing. Still trying to make sure the first drop doesn’t feel like garbage.
