This past year has been filled with ups and downs, learning, growth, and so much change. I was so anxious about moving, but it has been a blessing in so many ways. I think I've soaked up more sun this past year than I had in the previous 15 combined. Physiotherapy is still tough, but it has also been so good for me. And having a pool has been not only a joy; it's also been so good for my health. I am so very blessed!

Some will probably think I'm crazy, but I absolutely love this time of year. And I love it even more now that I have a pool. Been it in 4 days in a row for a good 40-45 minutes. Apparently some think 17° water is too cold, but I LOVE IT!
