Late in life I discovered I have ADHD, anxiety and depression. I found a way through it by discovering what I really love in life and doing them often. I am an advocate for mental health awareness. Peace.

Thank you for visiting my page. A big reason why I started this business to show, make aware and support people who are dealing with their mental health. I have ADHD, anxiety and depression. I have struggled all my life dealing with my behaviours and addictions. I have come to realise that along with the struggle of bad behaviors and symptoms, there is a part of me that can create good things. I can get good at things that I like. I've landed on my feet and am fortunate to have a career in digital media doing website, video production, photography and communications management. I play guitar and have played in a band for 20 years. I also create my own guitar tracks. My hobbies keep going because the keep me focused and excited. There is a good side to my mental health which is creativity. WE,INCLUDING YOU ALSO HAVE A CREATIVE SIDE. ONWARD AND UPWARD. I AM WITH YOU!
