Just a quick note to reiterate that I am available if you can't make it during normal hours. This is a rule I have always followed and offered. All I need is a "heads up". As a sole proprietor, and basically sole operator, I can be flexible. If I am available and you call to make arrangements, I am happy to open the door when normally it is locked.
