Seven years of Caper Gym and Fitness 💙💚

What started as a gym has become such an incredible community. Over the past 7 years, we’ve grown together through challenges, celebrations, early mornings, tough workouts, and so many unforgettable memories.

We made it through Covid together.
We pushed through Get Fit Challenges together.
We laughed through Ugly Sweater Runs and helped raise money for great causes. Parade floats and polar dips.
We’ve watched friendships form, confidence grow, and people become stronger- physically and mentally.

None of this would be possible without our amazing members, supportive families, and dedicated staff.

A great addition this year - our early morning classes with Coach Stevie! He brings energy and expertise to every session.

The encouragement, positivity, and community inside these walls is what makes Caper Gym so special.

This journey also helped us grow beyond the gym and expand into The Central Shop - something we never could have imagined seven years ago.

To every single person who has supported us, walked through our doors, shared a post, joined a class, brought a friend, or believed in us along the way… thank you.

Here’s to 7 years of community, hard work, growth, and showing up for each other. We can’t wait to see what’s next. 💪
