Before and after. Problem - the customer needed additional windshield area coverage to prevent water from entering the boat. Solution - a sewn-in windshield cover zipping to the bow cover, creating a waterproof
solution.

This was one of those jobs where I just wasn't sure what route to take. The original foam "structure" was solid but broken in a few places.

I reinforced with plywood where I could. Reshaped what was possible and then did a quick vinyl cover... Certainly not perfect as there was little to staple my vinyl to buy at least the client has a bench in his boat again.
