Rachel Joy VanRooyen, Handcrafted Jewellery Visit this page for updates about shows I'll be attending in the coming months. Rachel Joy VanRooyen has been hand-crafting jewellery since the early 1990's.

It is Rachel's use of colour and texture that causes her work to be unique. By dying and painting a variety of natural materials such as wood, clay and leather Rachel is able to produce whatever colour she needs. She then uses accents of glass, metal, crystal and shell to create contrast of texture and shape.

Made with dyed and painted wood and lamp-work glass strung on chunky cotton cord, it is lightweight, durable and fun to pair with breezy linens, summer knits, cotton dresses and summer tops.
