Hi Everyone,
I just want to address a review that was recently posted across social media regarding my services and work for a wedding party. My customer satisfaction is very important to me and my business. As many of you know I always give my all to the jobs that I take on and never let a dress leave my shop unsatisfied and/or unpresentable. If there are any issues I always try to correct them.
Regarding this situation, I have offered many alternatives to accommodate them, which were all denied. I did not receive any payment for any of the work done for the bridesmaids' dresses and as requested I fully refunded the bride’s dress (who threaten to take me to court even though she left satisfied with her dress when she came in to try and picked up).
I apologized that this party was not satisfied with my work but I would wish I was given a chance to just look at the dress with them addressing the issue. Thank you for their review but I don't think that this review reflects my business and work.
