We offer local pick-up in Kitchener and Winterbourne (near Elmira), Ontario, Canada. Care:
Most of our items are machine washable using cold water. For longer lasting quilts and blankets, we recommend avoiding the use of fabric softeners. Return Policy:
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we only accept returns for defective merchandise. In order to make a return, please conta

• Items must be returned within one week of receiving them.
• Items must be in the same condition as they were received.
• A full refund, less shipping costs, will be issued once we receive your returned items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
