This morning I received an email from Simon Brown designer and manufacturer of the innovative The Wand tonearm and new The Wand turntable telling me that Jelco tonearm's parent company Ichikawa Jewel Co. Ltd had announced it would be shutting down the business.

Me and my Styli

My beginnings of this hobby-business started with a healthy addiciton to vinyl records. I started to buy up peoples collections, cherry pick the ones i wanted, and sell the rest to make my money back. Effectively the hobby was paying for itself! :)

Well, one day a man who owned a music store 20+ years ago contacted me and asked if i had a market for vintage styli. I said, sure why not, thus starting my career with peddling styli.

After selling through a lot of the old stock vintage styli i decided to try and find some new production items....which brings me to my current offerings.

Manufactured in Japan by one of the most popular names in aftermarket styli and exported around the world, the styli i offer are of exceptional quality.
