Herringbone is a texture you can wear day or night. What changes is how you finish it.

By day, a herringbone suit reads classic and understated. After dark, lean into the texture: a deep solid shirt, a silk tie or none at all, and a pocket square with a little sheen. Texture is what gives a dark suit depth under low light.

You are not changing the suit. You are changing the way the pattern stands out.

The one shirt you should own in multiples.

A crisp white dress shirt is the most worn, least noticed thing in a good wardrobe. It goes under every suit, every blazer, every tie you own. Buy one and you will reach for it. Buy three and you will never be caught short.

Why white comes before colour:
It works with everything. There is no jacket, tie, or trouser it fights.
It reads clean in any light. White photographs sharp and never looks tired.
It scales up and down. Open collar on Friday, French cuffs for black tie.
It shows quality instantly. Good cotton and a collar that stands on its own change how a whole outfit reads.
