Position Description:
We are seeking a positive, reliable, and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from scheduling and communication to record-keeping and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist owners with administrative tasks
-Be a walking example of Shoe Solutions culture statements at all times
-Execute marketing plan and report to continuously increase marketing effectiveness.
-Continue to systemize the business through procedures, job descriptions and calendars.
-Participate in the hiring process and onboarding
-Website maintenance
-Purchase any marketing materials and supplies.
-Manage the online website and listings.
-Check voicemails and answer phone calls.
-Inventory management
-Manage Calendars
-Generate HR reports
-Pay vendors and track payables.
-Submit payroll on the 15th and 1st of each month
-Ensure drive and physical files are organized & up to date, including employee files.
-Assist with RFM Orthotics tasks as they come up.
-Support Shoe Solutions Calgary with insurance billing, customer communication, and bookings.
-Support other team members, leaders, or customers when required.
