Stopped at Cargo Kitchen for lunch today in Jordan Station (beside Upper Canada Cheese Shop). Had a shaved ice while I was waiting for my lunch. Thank you Jerrod and team for providing such a fun spot with high quality food. Great place to have lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

One day recently, I just wanted to make something for me. This cute little guy has brought me joy since I put him together. There is something to be said for hand stitching a personal piece. I love servicing my clients, but sometimes a girl just has to get creative.

Last night I had the privilege to attend opening night of Guys and Dolls at . This is the second year in a row I have taken my aunt who is in her early nineties and the evening coincides with her upcoming birthday. What a treat. If you know me, you know I'm not a big musical fan, this was her choice but the cast did not disappoint. From the standing ovation in the middle of the show for a dance number at the top of Act II, to watching a fellow acting student from Brock 40 years ago who flawlessly played Nicely-Nicely Johnson , this was a night to remember. Congrats to all involved. May you have a fantastic run of this high energy show. Thank you for making the evening so memorable for my aunt who deserves every pleasure life has to offer. 🙏 Thank you for providing the tickets. We hope you share your good fortune with us for as long as we can attend.
