Malas by Maggie Chilton Meditation is a daily practice of mine and I use a Mala necklace to help quieten my busy mind.

I'd purchased Mala's previously and whilst I loved them, I could never find exactly what I wanted, so I'm now making the ones I love, and I hope you will too.
