While the Serratore brothers, Joe and Anthony, have kept the tradition alive, shoemaking business is in their blood and along with their employees Judith Bailey (Manager at Citi Plaza location) and Brent Woodcock (Manager/Owner at Westmount Mall location) they strive to give the best customer service. It’s customer service like that that have left many customers coming back for decades. The Serratore’s also believe in giving back.
