What a fantastic day in Blockhouse, perfect for our first Antiques Roadshow☀️

Folks from all over came to share their treasures and find out a little bit about them!

It was great to see some really incredible pieces. Art, jewelry, Canadiana, ceramics, and crystal, basketry, toys, and even a big bear trap!

One of the highlights of the day was a bright and beautiful Maud Lewis original brought in by the family who purchased it from Maud herself. A real treat!

Our experts were so lovely and we raised money for the the South Shore Regional Hospital, the Cobequid Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, the Children’s Wish Foundation, the Chester Municipal Heritage Society and the SHAID Animal Shelter‼️

It was so much fun we are already planning the next one! Just remember, the Antiques Roadshow is not a buying and selling event, it’s just a fun day where you can get an honest opinion from a local expert on the history and value of your treasures.❤️

The Four Points Flea next Saturday July 25th, and of course the shop is open everyday 11-5!

We are so excited for our Roadshow event this Saturday, July 18th!

Here’s how it works…

⏰There will be 2 sessions in the day, starting at 10am and 1pm.

👫Line up with your items (limit of 2 please) and a local expert will have a peek and give you all the info they can! Age, origin and approximate value*

‼️If your item needs a second look it will be set aside for further research and will be included at the presentation at the end of each session!

💰The cost for these evaluations is simply a donation to the experts charity of choice❤️

🌈 Both shops on site will be open with 7000 sq ft of beautifully curated vintage and antiques to browse.

🍔 There will be food vendors here as well and plenty of parking!
