Thank you Heather (our Tech Rep from Saucony Canada) for coming out last night to our Markham Run Club and letting our runners test run some of their awesome shoes!
- I wore a pair of Endorphin Speed and ran almost 3 min faster than last Wednesday’s run with not too much effort… awesome shoes!
Check out the awesome new stability shoe (Saucony Tempus probably the lightest stability shoe on the market today), Saucony Triumph 20 ( maximum cushioning), new Kinvara 14 - lightweight for fast paced runs..

Hey All;
Thanks to everyone who joined us at Wednesday night Run Club tonight!
It was nice seeing some familiar faces again after about a 2 yr + gap…
We had 2 groups going out - one did 5K and the other did 10K…

Hey All:
Nice to see that a few live road races are starting up again - I’m sure you’re all happy about that!
Congrats to our part time staff member and marathon clinic instructor Jeff Cooper who finished top six in the Halliburton Forest 50 miler this past weekend… way to go Jeff!
This morning over 1200 runners toed the line downtown Toronto for a 5k race - any one we know competed in it?
We will have race kit pick up here in Markham later this month for the Toronto Waterfront Races ….
