Hello dear families,

These are unusual times for us all, with COVID-19 top-most on our minds as each of us try to understand how this will affect our daily lives, our friends, and our families, I wanted to reach out personally.

First and foremost. Do not worry. We are not running out of diapers or laundering supplies. We have already put in place everything we need to deliver the consistent quality and service you have come to trust without interruption.

Another concern you might have is that companies might raise prices on items, we will not raise a single price on any item or service, there will be no new fees at all.

Some of you may also be worried by the closures of non-essential services. We are considered an essential service and will not be shutting our business during the outbreak.

Our staff follow strict and stringent protocols as per the Canadian Ministry of Health and World Health Organization. It matters to us that all our community: you and your children, our staff and their families are safe.

It won’t be business as usual in most aspects of our lives, but you can count on us. We work around the clock to live up to that commitment.

Our primary focus remains on protecting the health and safety of our customers, co-workers, and the communities we serve.

For now, let me leave you with three things:
1. Our washing formulas with temperatures of 140 degrees Fahrenheit, the use of Ozone and temperatures in our dryers set up to 180 degrees are well above about the guidelines to treat Covid-19.

2. Extra sanitizing dispensers have been installed in all areas of our office, laundering area and warehouse.

3. All staff has participated in a re-training on proper handwashing techniques, gloves are utilized, and we have increased the daily cleaning of our premises.

We are prepared for this. All of us will face uncertainly and new challenges over the coming days. Our thoughts are with those affected by the virus and those working tirelessly to treat them.
