What will you do?

Manage inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
Order taking
Service customers in our showroom
General administrative duties
Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives from our large catalogue of proprietary products
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Coordinate projects with our print production teams
Take on other duties as assigned by management team
Product marketing and advertising (photography)

Desired Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service, sales, and relevant experience working with people.
Outgoing personality and self-starter attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing customer demands
A quick learner, a hard worker and eager to develop new skills
Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
A strong communicator and a great team player
A competitive attitude that is strongly driven by results
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Photoshop.
Some working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be a definite asset.
