Day 5 Update

I spent most of yesterday in the ER… and got some answers.
My knee has been bothering me for a while — grinding when I straighten it — but lately it’s gotten so bad I can barely go down stairs or put weight on it without intense pain and inflammation.

Turns out I have runner’s knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome). Basically, my kneecap isn’t tracking properly, causing a lot of strain and pain with everyday movement.

So now it’s time to focus on healing:
• Ice & elevation
• Patella stabilizing brace
• Strengthening the right muscles 💪

Not exactly the journey I planned… but I’m not stopping.

The one positive? Even with all this inflammation, after 5 days on pHix I’ve maintained my weight — and that’s huge for me right now.
I’m also noticing:
• Feeling more rested (even with less sleep)
• Way fewer cravings

Small wins still count — especially on hard days.
I keep going. 🙌
