Sometimes, we forget that taking care of ourselves is also important. When we are kind to ourselves, we fill our cup, and when our cup is filled, we can be kind to others without undermining ourselves. So, here’s a gentle reminder that prioritizing your needs doesn’t mean you’re neglecting others, and loving yourself is not being selfish.
