After 28 years , today we say a bittersweet goodbye to Anna Turchetta , who is officially retiring. Nearly three decades. Countless projects and challenges met along the way. Last week, the Calko Group team came together for our annual review- two full days of honest conversation about where we’ve been and where we’re headed .

Much of our focus was on what’s next : sharpening our goals and aligning on the strategy to reach them.

Grateful for a team that shows up, speaks candidly, and pushes us forward.

We were pleased to attend the job fair supporting the skilled workers affected by Perrigo’s upcoming plant closure in Georgia, Vermont yesterday. We understand how difficult these transitions can be,and we want to help. We had the pleasure of meeting so many good and hard working people- exactly the kind of talent our industry needs. As a growing manufacturer, we’re always looking for dedicated people to join our team, and it was a genuine privilege to connect with candidates, answer their questions, and explore how we can welcome them aboard.
