APOTM comes from the word •apothem• which is a line segment in any regular polygon from the center to the midpoint of one of the sides.

So, if you were wondering what a regular polygon is? :) It is a plane figure that has all angles and all sides equal in measure. Because many of the jewelry is shaped in regular polygons or other beautiful mathematical shapes, APOTM became the name. 🥰
