》 cette option n'offre PAS d'emplacement de travail personnel (un bureau), mais c'est idéale pour les personnes désirant travailler avec les machines communes de l'atelier ou avec leur propre machine domestique dans l'espace commu

Situé au 6545 Rue Durocher à Montréal, le local se trouve au 3e étage dans un bâtiment de lofts industriel rénovés et dans un secteur en plein développement communautaire, étudiant et multi-projets. Le bâtiment est sécuritaire et accessible 24/7. Les plafonds sont de 12 pieds, les planchers en béton et il y a des grandes fenêtres qui offrent une belle luminosité. Il y a un ascenseur et un monte-charge dans la bâtisse.
Le loyer inclus les assurances, taxes et l'électricité pour le local.

1) “MOBILE - MEMBER SPACE":

》access to common areas
(cutting table, desk, machines, fitting room)
》 this option does NOT offer a personal work space (a desk), but it's ideal for people wanting to work with the workshop's common machines or with their own domestic machine in the common area.

2) “PERSONAL WORKSTATION with OFFICE"
》your “personal” workstation in the studio space. Provided are:
~your personal desk (where you could put your personal domestic sewing machine if you wish) with chair and lamp

(cutting table, desk, machines, fitting room)

3) “PERSONAL WORKSTATION with machine ”

Located at 6545 Durocher in Montreal, the studio is on the 3rd floor of a renovated building of industrial lofts, in an area of strong community, student and multi-project development. The building is secure and accessible 24/7. The ceilings are 12 feet high, the floors are made of concrete, and there are large windows offering plenty of natural light. There's an elevator and freight-lift within the building.
Rent includes insurance, taxes and electricity
