Our hearts are deeply broken today. On behalf of the staff, volunteers, and community at the Fusion Thrift Shoppe, we send our prayers and most heartfelt condolences to CFB Wainwright, the Town of Wainwright, and the 3rd Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry. 🖤

As a faith-based organization, we stand on the promise that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. We grieve the tragic loss of the four brave service members who gave everything:

• Sgt. Morgan Wong
• Pvt. Shaun Farrell
• Pvt. Aidan Goulding
• Pvt. Hayden Lykkemark

With so many military families, veterans, and active members among our cherished customers and dedicated volunteers, this tragedy hits incredibly close to home for our shop family.
We are lifting up in continuous prayer the individuals who remain in the hospital, asking for comfort, strength, and ultimate healing—especially for the individuals facing a long, difficult journey of burn rehabilitation. May God grant peace to their loved ones and guide the medical teams walking beside them.

To the entire Wainwright community, the first responders, and the families of the fallen: we surround you with love and prayers during this time of unimaginable sorrow. You are not walking this valley alone. 🙏✨

Whew! What an amazing week so far! Thank you to all the beautiful customers that have been able to make it down here this week. We appreciate you!

We are well into the 50 percent off sale at Fusion Thrift Shoppe! Only 2 more days to save even more dollars on things you need, want, gifts for friends and family, and just some good old treasures!

Fair warning: you will have a good time, may have lots of laughs, may almost cry over something you can't believe you found here, grab some fresh buns, and make a coffee date with a friend you haven't seen in years! (full disclosure...all based on true events!)
Our receiving team is accepting donations too! If you have that bag of goodies you have been excited to share, bring it along to our drop off zone! See you soon!
