My coworker jumps in: “What’s going on?”
Customer: “Are YOU the manager?”
Coworker: “No, I just want to know what’s going on!” 🤣

Not management… just here for the plot. 🍿

Who else works with someone who needs ALL the details? 🙋‍♀️
