Tuesday Night Run/Fitness Walk is happening on Tuesday October 13 . Starting from Frontrunners Nanaimo.
A friendly reminder that reflective gear and headlamps/lights are required. We do have limited reflective vests at the shop to lend out if needed.

***Our Tuesday run/walk club is open to anyone who wants to get in an hour of running or walking, and it is all FREE!!!!

There are 6 groups to choose from, as noted below. Each Tuesday will be a different workout, hills, intervals to speed work. The workouts are usually 60-75 min and depending on the group, you can run anywhere from 5-10km.

Group 6: Fitness Walking Group

Happy Thanksgiving weekend!
Good luck and have fun to everyone running the Royal Victoria Marathon/half/8k/5k!

We will be closed on Monday, October 12 to spend time with friends and family.

We are open today 9:30 - 5:30pm and Saturday 10-5pm to get any last minute nutrition.

We have Precision Fuel and Hydration nutrition demo/tasting night happening at our Tuesday Frontrunners Run/Fitness Walk on October 6 at 6pm. We will have sampling before and after the workout.

Precision Fuel & Hydration was founded in 2011 after years working with elite athletes and technology partners to develop a simple and effective way to help athletes understand and manage their individual hydration needs.

Cooler mornings calls for warmer clothes. Slowly getting more of our fall/winter clothing in.
