Buying and Group Information
Welcome to our Crazy Mala Luna Family!!
We are Celina and Jay Miller, husband and wife team who loves all things crystals, artwork, apparel and so much more!.
All items have been handpicked or hand made, by us, to bring you the best quality items we can find. We try to keep our prices as low as possible because we believe all the world deserves beautiful items at affordable prices.
RULES:
1. Everything will be posted on a first come, first serve basis, the first person to comment SOLD will get the item. No exceptions. All prices are in CAD and will have taxes added to them on your invoice. This includes on the live shows, there is no dibs on items.
2. Payment for items claimed on the live shows is due within 24 hours after you receive the shopify invoice to your email. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. If your invoice is not paid in that time frame it will be cancelled and the items returned to the shelf.
3. We will post available items the day after each live show. The items posted do not get invoiced until after the next live show, unless otherwise posted. We will send your invoice within a few hours of the live show ending.
4. If you comment sold and do not follow through ONE time you will be removed from the group and you will not be allowed back in. There is no saying sold on items during the live and then passing on them later, this is not a passing situation. You say sold, that item is yours and it is your responsibility to pay for those items. (please pm us, we are super understanding when it comes to family or life etc.)
5. Shipping is on an open box policy. You can keep your box open, as long as all in voices are paid up to date for up to 3 months. Once you request shipping, we will wrap and box your items and then send you a shipping invoice through shopify. Once that shipping invoice is paid, we will ship your box. If you would like your items shipped, please pm us and we will add you to the list.
6. We also can offer free local pickup if you are close to us, in Nanaimo BC, Canada please let us know when you comment sold if it needs shipping or if it's for pickup. We also need at least 1-2 hour notice prior to picking up your items, so this is very important! We are closed Sunday and Monday, no pickups those days. Pm us any other day and we can see what we can do. We work mostly at night so pickups do not start until 3pm daily. There is No guaranteed pick up days!!! DO NOT just show up. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Do not Arrive without a confirmed pick up time.
7. Effective immediately: We will hold your paid items for a maximum of 6 months without any further purchases. If we have not heard from you and there has been no attempt to pick up or ship these items, they are returned to the shelf and you will not be eligible for a refund. We will not chase people to pick up their items. After 6 months of no contact your order is considered abandoned.
As always PLEASE message the business page for anything business related. Do not message our personal pages. You will get a faster response; we can both see the messages and answer.
