Today was one of those days that reminded me just how special this community is. ❤️
I unexpectedly had to dash out for about 30 minutes while working today at the store. Just as I was about to lock the door, a wonderful customer came in. I jokingly asked if she'd mind "watching the store" while I was gone, and without hesitation she smiled and said she'd be happy to.
When I came back, she was chatting with another person like she'd been part of the Scrap Chicks family forever. 😂
Moments like these remind me that we're so much more than a craft store. We're a community filled with kind, caring people who look out for one another. Thank you for being the heart of Scrap Chicks. We appreciate every one of you. 💕

Meat Bingo Night: Supporting the Armtec Community Recreation Centre

Join us for an evening of community spirit and prizes at the Dugald Community Centre. All proceeds from the event will go directly toward supporting the Armtec Community Recreation Centre.

Event Information:

Date: Friday, April 24th

Time: Doors open at 6:00 PM | Games start at 7:00 PM

Location: Dugald Community Centre

Bingo Cards: $5 for the first card; $2 for each additional card.

Prizes: Winners will receive various meat prizes.

Draws: 50/50 Draw and Bottle Draw.

Amenities: Food and beverages are available for purchase.

We invite the RM of Springfield to come out for a great cause and help invest in our local recreation facilities.
