Today, we celebrate all dads.
To the fathers who show up every day, the stepdads who chose the role, the grandfathers, mentors, coaches, father figures, and the men who lead, guide, protect, and support othersāthank you.
Fatherās Day can also be a day of mixed emotions. We remember the dads who are no longer with us, the heavenly fathers whose love and legacy continue to live on through the memories they left behind. We hold space for those missing their dads today and for those navigating grief, loss, or difficult relationships.
As we celebrate Fatherās Day, we also recognize that June is Menās Mental Health Awareness Month. Too often, men are expected to carry heavy burdens in silence. Today is a reminder that strength isnāt found in suffering aloneāitās found in reaching out, speaking up, and supporting one another.
To every dad and father figure: your presence matters, your impact matters, and your mental health matters.
Happy Fatherās Day. š
