Ever wish your toddler listened when you say "BREATHE" for the 8th time mid-tantrum? (I know, me too 😅)

Regulating tiny nervous systems can feel almost impossible, but the trick is giving them tools they can use when big feelings hit and doing so in a way that is fun, approachable and toddler-coded 😎

That's what we're so excited to share with you in our toddler yoga class at Bean Bag coming up this Fall.

6 weeks of fun and engaging sessions where littles learn to use movement and breath to ground their bodies 🧘‍♀️

Recommended Ages: 2.5-4 years

Day: Wednesdays
