Well friends I know this page has been inactive for an indefinite amount of time. So I sincerely apologize for that. That being said, I'm back and this time, I'm taking this with a much more renewed energy and emphasis on bettering my self and the people around us.

This page is not only for tips on working out and eating healthy but also about life it self and we can do to make it better for everyone around us.

If you know what you're worth, Go out and Get What Your Worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits. And not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that."
