Level Six is a Canadian company created by two friends competing on the Whitewater Slalom World Cup circuit. Their vision was to redesign and rethink how paddling gear is made. Level Six started out from a very humble beginning in the back of a van selling shorts and t-shirts to paddlers along World Cup circuit stops. Since those early days, we have grown to be the leader in water sports apparel a

nd equipment. At Level Six, we do our part to contribute to waterway conservation across the globe in order to keep waterways clean and open to all who love being on the water now, and in the future. We strive to build and support communities everywhere to spread the joy that life on the water brings us. Our mission is to provide all those who love life on the water with a passion and confidence in the gear they are using. Thanks to our design team, Level Six is always evolving and improving upon products to reflect the needs of people who are drawn to the water. After 20 years, that vision those two friends had to build a brand for people who live to be on the water has grown into a phenomenon that speaks to people all over the world. See you on the water.

Today we're taking a look at the Ace from Level Six, a rand spraydeck built to stand up to the wear and tear of lots of days on the water, boat-over-boat rescues, and just about whatever else you can throw at it.

Welcome to the Paddler Guide Gear Lab! From the studio and on the river, we introduce you to different products, tell you all the specs you need to know, and show you how they perform on the water.

PFDs are dropping like it’s hot in 2027 ❤️‍🔥

Ten new models. Five women’s-specific fits. With a whole lot more coming from Level Six over the next few years. All made with recycled materials, PFAS-free, and featuring our soft and supple PVC-free FREEFLOW foam.

The new lineup includes two low-profile whitewater PFDs, one premium sea kayaking PFD, and two front-zip recreational PFDs, all shaped by feedback from our Freya women’s fit survey.

For women who have struggled to find a PFD that fits, feels good, looks good, and performs the way it should: these were built with you in mind.

This has been a long time coming, and it’s only the beginning. We don’t usually tease next year’s gear this early, buuuut we’re too excited, and enough people already know anyway.

Call it our f*** it era 😎

Get out and after it today

A day like today, like any other, is better spent out on the water. In honour of International Go Paddle Day, our staff shared a few thoughts on paddling. These are a few of them.
