Final weekend! 🍁🌰🍂

Petawawa Ramble 2026 Petawawa Ramble
-
What a journey it's been for these acorns and me! From idea to creation, I will miss them. As I drive around town and see all the beautiful pumpkin displays, the time and effort put in, I feel proud to be a part of the festivities in a way I couldn't have imagined,
and of the community around me
🍂🌰🍁

I'll stop overthinking this post, post and get ready for time. Working against the elements a bit (wood vs. the conditions that come with rain) but that's often when I do my best display work 😎🤍

Rainy day, delivery day ☔

Working on this order brought me back to my school days. Specifically the teachers who made a big impact for me.
Merci beaucoup M. Pawsey, Mme. Desjardins et M. Martin, you help lead me to the Limestone Arts program and what came to follow.

How I initially thought I'd go about making this piece and how it ended up being made was...it was a journey(-I want to be cheesy and say Odyssey but a) that's just not in the schedule cards at the moment and be) until I can see it as Nolan intended...)
-
I hope the clarity of my memories, as I recall my time making this piece, to keep it the same somehow.
Realistically, i'll keep finding a version of it in the projects to come If I keep my approach on how I handle unparalleled levels of stress the same (just don't stop trying+make a decision and just do it)
-
Like just posting this ramble, I have magnets to glue and the "next things" to do
-
Shoutout to Angela, thank you for trusting me with your project and the opportunity 🙏🏾

Night everybody
